As long as you attend necessary meetings, it doesn’t matter when you get your work done. Want to work at 11:00 pm? Great!
Flexible PTO
We offer flexible paid time off in the US and Canada. And we actually want you to take it! Most of us take between 3-5 weeks vacation a year.
Compensation
We’re building the future of immersive entertainment and want you to share in our success with competitive compensation packages, including bonuses with some roles.
Medical, dental, and mental health
In the US, we offer generous and comprehensive medical with mental health benefits, dental, and vision plans. We offer supplementary health benefits to Canadian employees.
Parental leave
Leave varies by country, but if you’re in the US or Canada, receive up to thirteen weeks off with 100% pay when you welcome a new baby to your family.
Communication stipend
In the U.S. and Canada, employees receive $50 per month towards their cell phone and internet bills.
Retirement savings
In Canada, we offer RRSPs through Manulife with a match of up to 4%. We offer a non-matching 401(k) plan in the U.S.
